How Lutronic eCO2® Works

The Lutronic eCO2® is an ablative laser that resurfaces damaged skin by selectively target a fraction of the skin cells at the treatment site. This process acts not only to target damaged cells, but also stimulates the growth of healthy skin and supportive collagen fibers. As the skin heals, dark spots fade, wrinkles smooth, and skin texture and complexion improve.

What Lutronic eCO2® Treats

  • Dark spots on the face, neck, hands, and other parts of the body

  • Acne scars

  • Scars from injury

  • Wrinkles

  • Rough skin texture

MORPHEUS8 MICRO-NEEDLING

Morpheus8 is a RF micro-needling treatment that stimulates collagen production of the underlying layers of the dermis. By targeting the deeper layers of the skin, the building blocks will reorganize themselves in a natural anti-aging process. RF energy is a scientifically proven method to reduce wrinkles, tighten skin and rebuild collagen. It is minimally invasive, using a matrix of micro pins to renew deeper layers of the skin with almost no patient downtime.

This therapy is based on high-intensity pulses of light that penetrate the skin. Different wavelengths treat different skin conditions. To remove body hair permanently or almost permanently, for example, IPL zeros in on the hair follicles and kills them. However, hair grows in cycles and some follicles are lying dormant. Light therapy must hit the hair follicle during its growing phase to work properly.

IPL Photofacial treatment is mainly used in the treatment of various skin abnormalities such as:

  • Age spots

  • Liver spots

  • Fine lines and wrinkles

  • Facial flushing

  • Redness

  • Broken capillaries

  • Telangiectasias (purple or blue veins on the face, also called spider veins)

  • Hemangiomas (red, purple, or blue birthmarks formed by blood vessels)

  • Freckles

  • Minor sun damage

  • Port wine stains

  • Tattoos

  • Varicose veins

  • Hypopigmentation (pale spots)

  • Unwanted hair

  • Large pores

Studies have shown that photofacial treatment vastly reduces the symptoms of rosacea and is an effective rosacea skin care treatment. It is also increasingly used as a tool to prevent signs of aging. Unlike laser resurfacing, chemical peel and dermabrasion, there is almost no downtime with IPL. That means no blisters, burns or long recovery period, and you can go right back to your life after your treatment is complete.
